Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fltrd (the "Service"), operated by Fltrd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Fltrd is a browser-based creative editorial engine that applies aesthetic filters, accessories, and typography to user-uploaded images. Fltrd is a premium-only service that requires a paid Pro subscription for full access to its features.

• Pro Access ($10/month or $40/year): Ultra high-res exports (2048px+), full interactive accessory access, and all future vibes.

To access certain features, including Pro upgrades, you must create an account by signing in with Google via Supabase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Pro subscriptions are processed through Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Images are processed entirely within your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including by introducing malicious code.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro access credentials to third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, filters, overlays, typography systems, and all associated branding ("Fltrd"), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Images you export using the Service are yours. You may use exported images for any personal or commercial purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLTRD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
